The Challenge

Your Process Demands More Than a Standard Machine

A catalog extruder is specified to a generic duty — not your filler load, residence time, or operating conditions. When the line sits far from support, spare delays and missed commissioning become process problems, not purchasing footnotes.

The Testron Approach

Engineered Around Your Material and Production Goals

We do not supply standard machines — we engineer co-rotating twin-screw lines around your material, throughput, and L/D. Manufactured in Bangalore, with regional support from Ajman for commissioning, spares, and servicing across the UAE and GCC.

Mixing Elements

Homogeneous melt preparation

Mixing elements homogenize melt before downstream devolatilization, reaction, or pelletizing zones. 66° and 90° profiles support distributive mixing without excessive energy input.

  • 66° and 90° mixing profiles for distributive blending
  • Supports devolatilization and reactive extrusion zones
  • Matched to polymer viscosity and filler percentage
  • Modular placement along L/D 24–60 screw builds
Mixing screw elements — toothed, trilobe, and helical elements for homogeneous melt blending

Reverse Elements

Fill control and back-mixing

Reverse conveying and reverse kneading elements create controlled back-pressure and fill-length management in critical screw zones. Used to balance melting, mixing intensity, and vent performance.

  • Reverse conveying for fill-length and pressure control
  • Reverse kneading for localized back-mixing zones
  • Supports devolatilization and vent-section stability
  • Configured as part of full screw profile review

Special Elements

Purpose-built process zones

Gear/toothed mixing, barrier, and combination elements address demanding dispersion, melting, and multi-stage process requirements. Engineered for abrasive fillers, high mineral load, and specialty compound profiles.

  • Gear / toothed mixing for intensive dispersive action
  • Barrier elements for melting and mixing separation
  • Combination elements for multi-function screw zones
  • Metallurgy selected for abrasive and corrosive compounds
